Q: If I purchase a product from La’Mod when will it ship?
A: (Monday-Thursday) Your bag will ship the next day. All orders received (Friday- Sunday) will be shipped the next working day.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We either ship our products FEDEX, we can offer Ground to Next day Service.

RETURNS:
We always want to guarantee customer satisfaction, so if for any reason you are not happy with your La’Mod by Christina Brooke product you can return the piece in perfect unused condition for a full refund within 15 days of original purchase.
We only accept returns on products purchased from La’Mod by Christina Brooke website, no other retail locations. Prior to your return please contact hello@lamodusa.com to request a return. In the email please include return in the subject line; please provide us with your sales number along with the reason for your return. Once the return is approved we will send you a return label, you will be credited full amount of your purchase within 10 days of return. All returns are subject to a $15.00 shipping and service fee non-refundable.
EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your La’Mod by Christina Brooke purchase you can exchange your product, in perfect condition within 15 days of original purchase. All pieces most be in perfect unused condition.
We only accept exchanges on products purchased from La’Mod by Christina Brooke website, no other retail locations. Prior to your exchange please contact sales@lamoddesigns.com to request a exchange. Once your order is approved for an exchange you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at the address provided. Once we have received your bag, we will ship the new product to you and La’Mod will cover the shipping cost of your new product.
Color Variations:
We do our best to represent all products as accurately as possible on our website, however, be aware that factors like lighting may make pieces look different than they truly are. Please make sure to read our descriptions carefully along with color descriptions of each piece.
Each handbag is made of 100% genuine leather therefore variations in color and textures are normal. Each skin has its own color variations and textures making each La’Mod by Christina Brooke product unique.
LEATHER
All La’Mod handbags are made of 100% genuine leather. With leather there are always natural variations to the color and grains which only add to the uniqueness of each piece. Please treat your item with care by avoiding elongated exposure to direct sunlight. Keep dray and avoid contact with wet surfaces. Do not use any chemical cleaners to care for this product. Color transfer can occur if not cared for correctly. Keep your purchase in a protective bag when not being used.
