New Account Set Up:
To get started, please fill out our New Account Questionnaire so that we may have your contact information and become better acquainted with your company. Email it to firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then send back our wholesale sales kit to you with information on pricing and ordering.
Minimums: Beginning with our spring 2012 collection, our minimums to order wholesale are calculated per piece. We have 3 monthly deliveries per season, and you may split the minimum between these 3 deliveries.
Samples: For review of our product, please contact our sales office by emailing email@example.com in the subject line please include the word Samples and we will help you place your order.
Ordering: Orders may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org Download our order form here.
Orders are filled and shipped Monday thru Friday, and you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days, when our products are in stock. We ship FEDEX OR UPS Ground, and will either charge the shipment to your UPS/FEDEX account number or bill you for the shipping if you do not have a UP/FEDEX account. Purchase orders are welcomed but not required.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards and offer account terms pending credit approval. If you are interested in being considered for an account, please complete our credit application and once approved, we will notify you. Terms for an account are Net 30. All orders over $2,000 will need to complete our credit application process and all credit card orders over $5,000 will need to complete our credit card authorization form before the orders can be processed.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will not be charged if you provide us with your tax ID or tax exempt number, otherwise applicable state sales tax rates apply.
Wholesale Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be completely happy with your La’Mod by Christina Brooke product. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange or return resell able (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) product within 5 days. If you have generated in store UPC barcoded stickers and placed them on our hang tags, they must be removed before you ship your return.
You must complete our return request form and email it to email@example.com please include the word return in the subject line, you must receive approval before you may make your return. Upon inspection of returned garments, we will issue a credit to your account or credit card, or send replacement product at your request. All returns and exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
Backorders: If we are out of stock in something on your order, a backorder will automatically be generated. If the item needs to be cancelled, we will notify you to remove it from your order.
